Complementary Consultation
It is essential for therapeutic rapport and money being invested that my service is a fit for you. I am happy to provide a free 15 minute telephone consultation. This can provide clarity about my approach and is an opportunity for you to ask questions.
Individual Counselling Fee
I provide individual counselling to adults aged 16 +. Currently all sessions are available by secure videoconference and some in person availability upon request. My session fee is $135 + HST for a 60 minute counselling session.
Payment & Insurance
Payment can be made via e-transfer or credit card following each session. As a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, my services are covered by many extended health benefit plans. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure your coverage. Cancellation is required 24 hours before your scheduled session or you will be charged 50% of the session fee. A receipt is provided following payment for tax/extended health benefits claims.
