Treatment Approaches

In individual therapy a therapeutic approach is the lens through which a therapist addresses their client’s issues.  To work on thoughts, feelings, behaviour patterns, or past trauma a specific evidence-based approach must be used.  I use an eclectic and holistic approach based on the client’s goals.
