I‘m going to begin this review with gratitude. Gratitude that I found Lana’s services. It’s changed my
level of joy. It’s changed my stress level. And it’s totally changed my ability cope and manage anxiety. I
was very much a skeptic, but at a point where change had to happen. I also thought therapy was
something that took years. However I was very wrong. Five sessions with Lana and I ‘m seeing life and all
its stresses because we can’t eliminate them all-through a totally different view point. Cannot express
